Delete your Flight Board account

Closing Flight Board removes this product only. Your Carreh account stays open, with your trips, bookings and documents. To delete every Carreh product at once, use carreh.com/delete-account.

Delete inside the Flight Board app

If you can open the app and sign in, do this:

  1. Open Flight Board and sign in with your Carreh account.
  2. Go to the More tab.
  3. Under Your data, choose Close Flight Board account.
  4. Review what will be removed, confirm, and submit. Access ends when the request is confirmed.

On Android, iPhone and iPad the app runs the same three confirmation steps: review what is removed, enter a code sent to your email, then type CLOSE and acknowledge what stays.

Request deletion without the app

If you can no longer open Flight Board, email support@carreh.com from the email address on your Carreh account, with the subject Delete Flight Board account. We will verify it is you, then process the same product-scoped deletion the app performs.

What gets deleted

Closing Flight Board permanently removes your Flight Board presence: the flights you follow, Flight Board devices and push registrations, alert rules, preferences, Live Activities, widgets, and undelivered Flight Board notifications. Your Flight Board entitlement is revoked so access ends.

Payment, invoice and subscription records needed for tax, accounting and fraud prevention are retained for the period the law requires, in a restricted form. Analytics session counts stay as anonymised rows. Your Carreh identity and every other product’s data are left untouched.

Subscriptions

App Store and Google Play subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and must be cancelled in your store subscription settings. Deleting your Flight Board account does not cancel them.

Delete your whole Carreh account instead

To permanently close the Carreh identity behind Flight Board, Travel, Mail and the rest, follow carreh.com/delete-account or use Close Account in the Carreh travel app under More → Account.
