Subscription Terms
1. What a Subscription Is
Flight Board subscriptions give access to paid Flight Board features for the period purchased and renew automatically until cancelled. A trip pass is a single payment for a fixed period and does not renew. A Flight Board subscription is separate from subscriptions to other Carreh products; cancelling one does not cancel another.
2. Current Subscriptions
Flight Board is offered as an annual subscription at EUR 49.99 per year, as a monthly subscription at EUR 8.99 per month, and as a trip pass at EUR 5.99, which opens every Flight Board feature for 7 days. The trip pass is a single payment: it does not renew and there is nothing to cancel. The first flight a Flight Board account follows is free. The price of every subscription is shown, in the currency of your store account, before you confirm it, and the price shown at the moment of purchase is the price charged. Where this document and the price shown at purchase differ, the price shown at purchase governs. Carreh may change the price of a subscription for future renewal periods; where the law requires notice of a price change, that notice will be given before the change takes effect and you may cancel before it does.
3. Free Trials
A subscription includes a free trial only where one is expressly offered at the point of purchase. Flight Board is sold without a free trial. Where a trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless it is cancelled before then.
4. Automatic Renewal
A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the then-current price unless cancelled through the store where you bought it. Follow the cancellation deadline shown by that store. Renewal is charged through your Apple Account or Google Play payment method. A trip pass does not renew.
5. Payment Through the App Stores
Flight Board subscriptions and trip passes are billed and refunded by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms. They are purchased only inside the iOS app through the Apple App Store or inside the Android app through Google Play. The relevant store processes payment, manages billing and provides your receipt under its purchase terms. Carreh does not receive or store your payment card details for these purchases. The Flight Board website provides information and shared flight tracking; it does not sell subscriptions or passes.
6. Cancelling
Cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings, or a Google Play subscription in your Google Play subscription settings. Deleting Flight Board does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal; access normally continues for the period already paid for, subject to the store's terms and any applicable refund or consumer rights.
7. Refunds
Request refunds for purchases made through Apple using Apple's refund process. For purchases made through Google Play, use Google Play's refund process. Eligibility and the effect of a refund on access depend on the relevant store's policies and applicable law. These terms do not remove any statutory rights you may have.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Any right to withdraw from a purchase, including rights relating to digital content or services, depends on applicable consumer law and the terms and consent presented by Apple or Google Play when you purchase. Follow the relevant store's process to exercise those rights. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including where the service is not supplied as described.
9. Changes to a Subscription Product
Carreh may add to, change, or withdraw features within a subscription. Where a change materially reduces what a subscription provides, Carreh will say so before the change takes effect and you may cancel before your next renewal.
10. Suspension
Access to a subscription may be suspended or ended where an account is suspended under these Terms, including for the reasons set out under Service Availability and Restricted Regions. Where access is ended for that reason, any remaining paid period is not refunded.
Flight Board
1. What Flight Board Is
Flight Board is a subscription product that reports flight information: schedules, times, gates, terminals, statuses, baggage belts, aircraft and airport conditions. It is an information service. Flight Board does not book, change, cancel or check in for any flight, and it is not an agent of any airline or airport.
Everything Flight Board shows is indicative and is never final. It is a convenience for following a flight. It is not a confirmation, not an instruction, and not a substitute for the airline, the airport, or your boarding pass.
2. Where the Information Comes From
Flight information is supplied by third-party data providers, airlines and airports. Carreh does not generate it and cannot verify it independently. Information may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect, and it may change without notice at any time, including after a notification has been sent.
3. No Reliance for Travel Decisions
Flight Board is provided to help you follow a flight. It must not be used as the sole basis for deciding when to travel to an airport, when to go to a gate, or whether a flight will operate. The airline and the airport are the authoritative source for your flight, and their announcements, displays and staff take precedence over anything shown in Flight Board. You remain responsible for arriving in time for your flight and for meeting the airline's check-in, boarding and documentation requirements.
4. Notifications
Notifications depend on the device, the operating system, network availability and the notification permissions you have granted, and on the third-party services that deliver them. Carreh cannot guarantee that a notification will be sent, delivered, or delivered in time, and the absence of a notification does not mean that nothing has changed.
5. Predicted and Estimated Information
Some information is marked as predicted or estimated, including predicted gates and estimated times. Predicted and estimated information is an indication only, is not confirmed by the airline, and should be treated as less reliable than confirmed information.
6. Alternatives Shown After a Cancellation
Where a flight is cancelled, Flight Board may show other flights operating on the same route. This is information about published schedules only. It is not an offer, not a reservation, and carries no indication that a seat is available or at what price. Any rebooking is a matter between you and the airline or your travel provider.
7. Passenger Rights Information
Any information Flight Board shows about passenger rights, including under Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, is general information and is not legal advice about your circumstances. Whether a right applies to a particular flight depends on facts Carreh does not hold, and the airline decides what it will offer in the first instance.
8. Provided As It Stands
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flight Board is provided as it stands and as it is available. Carreh gives no warranty that the information is accurate, complete, current or uninterrupted, and no warranty that the service will be free of error. This does not affect the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects that consumers have under French law.
9. Availability of the Service
Flight Board depends on third-party data providers, on push notification services operated by Apple and Google, and on your own device and network. Any of these can be unavailable, delayed or wrong, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside Carreh’s control. Carreh does not guarantee that Flight Board will be available at any particular moment, including at the moment you need it.
10. Circumstances Beyond Control
Carreh is not responsible for a failure to provide Flight Board that is caused by something outside its reasonable control, including the failure or withdrawal of a data provider, an outage at Apple or Google, industrial action, an airport or airline system failure, or a network or power failure.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carreh is not liable for a missed flight, a missed connection, a delay, a cost, or any other loss arising from reliance on flight information, from information that turns out to be incorrect or out of date, or from a notification that is not delivered or is delivered late. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury, gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Service Availability & Restricted Regions
1. Restricted Locations
Carreh accounts and purchases are not available to customers located in, registered in, or accessing the service from the following countries and territories: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Russia, Belarus, Myanmar, Afghanistan, Iraq, Yemen, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, South Sudan, Venezuela, and Haiti. Carreh may decline to open an account, suspend an existing account, or cancel an order where it determines that a customer is located in one of these countries or territories.
2. Circumvention
Attempting to circumvent this restriction, including through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other location-masking tools, or by providing false location information, is prohibited and may result in account suspension, order cancellation, and forfeiture of any non-refundable amounts to the extent permitted by law.
3. Flights Followed
This restriction applies to where the customer is located, not to the flights followed: a flight to or from any airport can be followed by an eligible customer.
4. Updates to the List
Carreh may update the list of restricted countries and territories at any time, without prior notice, to reflect applicable sanctions, legal, regulatory, or risk considerations. The version published on this page applies.
